Medicare Prescription Payment
Plan (MPPP) and Extra Help

MPPP2

MPPP offers Medicare Part D enrollees the option to pay OOP prescription drug costs in monthly payments instead of all at once at
the pharmacy.

Monthly costs can be calculated at medicare.gov.

Extra Help for Medicare Part D3,4

The Extra Help program (also known as low-income subsidy, or LIS) provides greater prescription drug cost assistance for eligible Medicare beneficiaries. Patients will pay no more than $12.65 for AUSTEDO XR.

For uninsured or
underinsured patients

Patient Assistance Program
(PAP)

For patients who are uninsured or unable to afford AUSTEDO XR/
AUSTEDO, the Teva Cares Foundation may be able to help.

Teva Cares is an independent, non-profit program that provides AUSTEDO XR/AUSTEDO at no cost to eligible patients.
